Terms of Use – Meat Station

Please read carefully before using our services.

Welcome to Meat Station, a food and goods delivery platform operated by Lahoum Almabrada Company, registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By accessing and using our application (available on Android, iOS) and website (together, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

Meat Station provides an online ordering service, allowing users to place orders from restaurants, groceries, and stores listed on the Platform. We aim to offer a fast, easy, and secure way to connect customers with nearby vendors and deliver products to their specified locations.

Meat Station is not involved in food preparation or production and assumes no liability for the quality, safety, or compliance of food, drinks, or goods offered by vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for complying with applicable food safety and consumer protection laws.

2. Orders and Delivery

  • Orders can be placed through the Platform using the interactive menus provided by partner vendors.

  • Once an order is confirmed by the vendor, it cannot be canceled by the user.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on traffic, weather, and vendor operations.

  • All food and items are prepared and delivered solely by the vendor accepting the order.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • Payments can be made by debit/credit card,Apple Pay, Mada,  STC Pay, or cash on delivery (when available).

  • Any special requests may incur extra charges payable upon delivery.

  • If a vendor fails to deliver, the customer may be entitled to a refund, typically processed within two business days.

  • Service fees and delivery charges are non-refundable except for unfulfilled or rejected orders.

4. Account Use and User Conduct

  • Users must be 18 years old or supervised by a guardian.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining their login credentials and all activity under their account.

  • Unauthorized access, account sharing, or impersonation is prohibited.

  • Users shall not post or share offensive, defamatory, harmful, or illegal content on the Platform.

  • Use of automated tools, spam, malware, or any disruptive behavior is strictly forbidden.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, trademarks, and software on the Meat Station Platform are owned or licensed by Lahoum Almabrada Company and may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Service Availability and Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account or Platform access without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • The Platform may be unavailable during maintenance or due to unforeseen issues.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor menus, product availability, delivery times, or food quality.

  • Meat Station disclaims liability for any illness, injury, or dissatisfaction caused by vendor products.

  • Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

We collect, store, and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is aligned with Saudi Arabian data protection regulations. We may share data with vendors, delivery agents, payment processors, or government authorities as required.

9. Modifications and Updates

Meat Station reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
